i bought this on pc and the application doesn't start when i try to run it. im not sure why. i've tried uninstalling and redownloading but that hasn't done anything for me

When i get to the end of Loreine's story it says "This is the end of Loreine's Story." Then pops up to this screen making the house unaccessable
