Its interesting to think how a character like Kim would get involved into this as well.

there should be an option to have lily get pregnant as well and not just Loraine but you shouldn't be able to get them both pregnant and or have lily/Loraine be a marriable option if you know what i mean

I have found a problem with the LorLily route. If you trigger another scene after triggering the route, you get locked into a working for Lily route.

addressing the first half of the comment: the option to have a path to get lily pregnant would be cool but i know it would be time consuming to do
